All domestic workers undergo vetting, training, and guidance before placement. Star househelps does not connect clients with random workers from outside our offices; placements are handled through the training centre, from the office directly to the client's doorstep.

Make payments only to M-Pesa Till Number 565227, account name STAR HOUSEGIRLS MLOLONGO. Star househelps does not use personal phone numbers or private M-Pesa lines for official payments.
If payment details do not match Till Number 565227, it is not an official Star househelps payment channel.

Worker training and vetting?
Yes. Workers go through training, guidance, screening, and assessment before they are recommended for placement.
Agency fee?
Basic Training Package: Ksh. 5,000 for 1 to 5 days of training. Advanced Training Package: Ksh. 15,000 for 21 days of training. The applicable package depends on the client's requirements and the level of training needed.
If a worker leaves early?
Notify the office immediately. If replacement applies, the service itself remains free to the employer. The Ksh. 2,000 worker registration fee is handled through the official Till Number 565227 and recovered from the worker's first salary according to the placement terms.
